Vince is one of the kindest people that I have ever met. I felt instantly comfortable with him. At no time did I feel that my pets weren't in good hands. He transported my jumping spiders, too! The dogs showed no signs of stress on arrival. It was clear to me that he does indeed take them out frequently during the day for walks and exercise as they are two pups who are very accustomed to a lot of activity and stimulation. I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking to transport their pets

The cats arrived in 2 days, which was earlier than expected. Communication before and during the trip was good (pretty extensive before hiring, actually) he let us know where he was stopping for the night, sent updates and pictures of the kitties several times a day. Has a tracking device as well so you can check where they are in real time. I was nervous since it was a lot of money and it was the first time using a pet transporter, but it was definitely worth every penny.

Very happy with our experience! Vince transported our 2 kittens all the way from Wyoming to Kansas, and was kind, helpful, and sent us pictures and videos along the way! The travel kennel was clean/sanitized, and he treated our 2 kittens like they were his own! Highly recommend!

Vince took great care of my beautiful, scared Russian Bolonka when I had to transport him 17 hours away. Great communication, pictures, videos and phone calls keeping me updated reassured me I had made the right decision! He was amazing with my dog who is scared of men! I can’t recommend him highly enough if you need a professional driver for your pet! Don’t think twice, hire him! I will use him again!

Vince with The Pet Chariot is the absolute best!! This was our first experience with a transporter and we couldn’t be happier. He kept us updated the entire trip with pictures and videos of our new puppy. He went above and beyond to make sure the ride was a comfortable and safe as possible. I was so impressed with his compassion and trustworthiness!!! It’s so hard these days to find someone who does what they say they’re going to do but Vince did exactly that! His rate was more than fair. His communication from beginning to end really put our mind at ease and we are so thankful to have found him!!! He is one of the good guys……. And that’s a rarity these days!
